Life can look so put-together from the outside—like everyone else has the secret manual and you somehow missed the memo. But the truth is, most people are doing their best behind the scenes… and you’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself sometimes.
Therapy is a place to exhale. It’s a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or “be fine.” Together, we can explore what you’re carrying, make sense of the patterns that keep showing up, and reconnect you to the parts of yourself that feel grounded, capable, and whole. The goal isn’t to “fix” you—because you’re not broken. It’s to help you feel more supported, clear, and connected as you move through life’s transitions.
Starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking (totally normal). You might wonder if it will help, what it will be like, or if you’ll even know what to say. You don’t have to have the perfect words. Showing up is enough. You deserve a space that is kind, steady, and judgment-free—where you can be human and still grow.
If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right fit, you’re welcome to reach out. I’m happy to answer questions and talk through what you’re looking for.
I offer telehealth therapy for anyone living in California using a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with audio/video, and a private space where you can feel comfortable talking.
Many clients love telehealth because it’s:
Once we choose a day and time, I’ll send you a unique link—log on, and that’s it.

I accept various payment methods for our mental health therapy services, including cash, all major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
For all insurance providers, I am considered an 'out of network' provider. This status allows for greater flexibility in determining the length and duration of mental health therapy, setting treatment goals, and addressing various presenting concerns. Most insurance plans cover a percentage of the cost for psychotherapy services rendered by out of network providers. To get more information about your coverage for telehealth services, you can call your insurance provider to inquire about their out-of-network benefits and the percentage they cover for the CPT codes used in psychotherapy. The CPT code for a typical therapy session is 90837. Please note that if the insurance carrier states that they cover 50%, that percentage refers to 50% of their allowable fee for the service, not my fee.
This is a 60 minute session where we get a clear picture as to what has been happening for you and develop a "blue-print," of what treatment together would look like and where you would like to see yourself.
This 50-minute therapy session, generally this will occur on a weekly basis.
