I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, based in Ventura County, California. I earned my B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (with an emphasis in Families and Couples) from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles.
In our work together, I offer a space that is warm, grounded, and supportive—a place where you can slow down, breathe, and show up exactly as you are. Therapy with me focuses on your emotional, physical, and relational experiences, helping you better understand what you’re carrying and why.
Together, we’ll explore the deeper meaning beneath your pain, build insight, and strengthen your ability to cope with life’s challenges. Through compassionate curiosity and increased awareness, we can begin to shift patterns that no longer serve you—creating space for more authenticity, connection, and ease in your relationships and in your day-to-day life.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from multiple evidence-based and relational modalities to support both immediate concerns and deeper healing.
I work with individuals navigating:
Identity development
Stress and overwhelm
Academic pressure
Relationships and family dynamics
Parenting
Perimenopause/Menopause
Life transitions
Health concerns
And more
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate:
Psychodynamic therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Relational therapy
Somatic therapy
Trauma-informed care
Humanistic therapy
Interpersonal therapy
Therapy can be a meaningful opportunity to create shifts in your life—sometimes in ways you didn’t even realize you needed. If you’re considering starting, I’d be honored to connect and explore how I can support you on your journey.
